About the program
The goal: to deliver athletes capable of racing at their peak. Athletes will be technically sharp, physically prepared, and mentally ready to perform when at their best.
Clients in Level 3 receive four tailored swim sessions per week, each focused on race-specific requirements. Session volumes vary depending on the athlete’s focus. 3-4 km for sprint-based swimmers, and to up to 7 km for distance specialists. Training intensity and set structure are adapted to replicate real race demands and refine execution under fatigue.
While the primary emphasis remains in the pool, athletes will also receive guidance around supporting areas such as nutrition, recovery, and prehab/rehab habits.
