About the program

The goal: to turn a solid swimmer into a capable, race-ready athlete. Confident, efficient, and primed for higher-intensity competition work.


Clients in Level 2 receive three structured swim sessions per week, each combining targeted aerobic and anaerobic sets with ongoing technical drills to sharpen form at pace. The sessions are built around progressive overload principles so every meter in the pool builds meaningful adaptation.


Athletes will refine pacing, develop power through catch and kick phases, and learn to hold technical form deep into race-specific efforts. Mobility and activation routines are integrated to reduce injury risk and support efficient recovery.
