About the program

The goal: a technically sound, confident athlete ready to progress into higher-intensity work and specific event preparation.


Clients in Level 1 receive two structured swim sessions per week, each designed to develop body alignment, streamline position, kick rhythm, and stroke economy. Sessions are progressive, accessible, and built to refine movement quality before intensity.


You’ll build your base aerobic capacity and integrate mobility and pre-hab work to prevent injuries and support long-term performance.
