About the program
The goal: develop the foundational ability, strength, and self-belief needed to compete in pool rescue events and progress into the advanced levels of Kaha Aquatics.
Our Pool Rescue Level 1 Program introduces athletes to the fundamentals of lifesaving sport. It combines swimming skill with the technical elements of pool rescue performance.
Clients receive two structured sessions per week: One manikin-focused session, developing technique, control, and efficiency. One swimming-based session, designed around lifesaving-specific skills such as pace work, and underwater development.
The program is suitable for swimmers of all backgrounds who want to explore lifesaving sport or begin their competitive journey. Sessions are progressive, supportive, and designed to establish both skill and confidence.
