About the program
The goal: to build a complete athlete who is stronger, faster, and more efficient, with every session deliberately crafted to support high-level performance in their chosen sport.
Clients receive three tailored gym sessions per week, with the option to progress to four weekly sessions for strength-dominant or higher-load athletes. Each session is designed to enhance strength, power, and movement efficiency, while maintaining balance, control, and long-term durability.
Programs are built around compound lifts, athletic movement patterns, unilateral strength, and targeted accessory work, all selected to transfer directly into sport performance rather than general gym outcomes.
While primarily oriented toward swimmers and surf lifesavers, programs can be customised for other sports including rowing, running, and kayaking, with training variables adjusted to reflect the specific force, power, and movement demands of each discipline.
Alongside gym programming, athletes receive guidance on cross-training and session integration.
