About the program
The goal: build the strength, control, and technique needed to transition confidently into our Athletic Performance program.
Clients receive two guided gym sessions per week, targeting full-body strength, stability, and mobility. Each session is adaptable to your experience level.
Sessions emphasise correct technique, safe loading, and the development of balance between upper and lower body strength. Core activation, movement quality, and injury prevention are built into every block, helping athletes transfer gym strength into performance across the pool and beyond.
